At OXYFITTM, we are dedicated to your peak performance; if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return quickly.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the gear for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
